Job Purpose: Team Member - Road Operations ensure efficient transportation of goods, manage schedules, and maintain communication with drivers and clients to uphold smooth operations and timely deliveries within port logistics frameworks.

  • Fleet Management:
  • Conduct regular checks on vehicles to ensure they are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly.

  • Logistics Management:
  • Assist in executing daily road operations, including vehicle scheduling, load assignments, and route planning to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Risk and Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to safety procedures while operating vehicles, including using safety gear and following safe driving practices to promote a safety-first culture.

  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and compliance documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed and submitted on time. Assist in tracking performance metrics (e.g., fuel usage, delivery times) and contribute to data entry for analysis and reporting.

  • Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously.

  • Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a relevant field

Work Experience (Range of years):
