Factory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day factory and production operations
• Manage and guide production workers to meet daily and monthly targets
• Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and measurement instruments
• Monitor product quality and minimize wastage
• Maintain production records, attendance, and reports
• Coordinate with management for production planning and execution
• Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support continuous improvement in production efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Factory Supervisor or in a production role
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of production machines and measurement tools
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to read basic technical drawings or measurements
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
