Fitter

We are looking for a qualified ITI Fitter to join our production team. The role involves assembly, installation, and alignment of Machines related to flexible packaging for eg - Gravure printing machines, Lamination machines, and other packaging equipment. The candidate should have strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with machine assembly, and the ability to work with precision and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components of machines as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Fit and align shafts, bearings, rollers, gears, and other machine parts with accuracy.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments for precise assembly.
• Assist in machine testing to ensure proper functioning.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to meet production schedules.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition.
