- Tender Identification and Research:

- Bid Preparation:
- Preparing comprehensive bid documents, including technical specifications, price bids, and supporting documents.
- Bid Submission:
- Submitting bids on the GeM portal, including scanning and uploading documents for e-tenders.
- Tender Process Management:
- Attending price-bid meetings, preparing comparison charts and analysis reports, and tracking submitted tenders.
- Contract Agreements:
- Verifying Letters of Award (LOA), Letters of Intent (LOI), and detailed orders, and submitting order acceptance.
Bidding and Negotiation:
- Participating in Bidding Processes:

- Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with GeM guidelines and regulations.
