Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer / Executive

The company provides products and solutions mainly related to hydraulic and electric drive in a wide range of areas such as construction, general industrial machinery, and FA equipment.

In factory automation module components, Bosch supplies an extensive lineup of components, such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, to meet needs on the front lines of manufacturing.

• Inspection / Measurement of components and claim handling
• Knowledge on inspection of Sheet metal , Fabrication components and  Bought out component
• QAP preparation and its documentation as per project / customer specific requirements
• Preparation of  measurement protocol
• Supplier Audits

D.M.E. with 5 to 7 years OR Be Mechanical. with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills:

• Hands on experience of measuring equipment’s like CMM, Roundness tester, Roughness tester, Hardness tester—etc
• Preferred CWI qualification and NDT L1 qualifications
• Flexible to visit at supplier end for Inspection and Quality improvement
• Understanding of drawing, GD&T
• Fluency in Communication, Flexibility, Decision ability
• Fluency with MS office
• Knowledge of Basic and preventive Quality tools, Problem solving methodology
• Knowledge of QMS system / IATF 16949 / PPAP_ Preferred lead Auditor qualification
• Manufacturing process knowledge, Exposure to heat treatment, surface treatment process
