• Junior: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
• Senior: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month

Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for responsible and organized Supervisors who can manage peanut-based snack packing operations at our food manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily packing based on Sales Orders.
• Create packing slips and production plans.
• Fill production slips with:
• Mfg. date, expiry date, no. of cartons, carton size, weights.
• Handover packed goods with a slip to billing & dispatch.
• Maintain daily production logs (manual or digital).
• Manage Inventory:
• Check and update raw material and packing material stock.
• Coordinate with the storekeeper and ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out).
• Record material consumption after each batch.
• Verify all packaging material (pouches, tins, labels, etc.).
• Track labour output and minimise wastage.
• Report or help resolve small machine issues.
• Keep the packing zone clean and hygienic.
• Senior Role: Manage junior team, multiple SKUs, and hit daily production targets.

Eligibility:

Junior Role

• Min. 12th pass or ITI/Diploma.
• 0–2 yrs experience in food/FMCG packing.

Senior Role

• Graduate/Diploma in Food/Operations.
• 3–5 yrs experience in a food unit.
• Able to handle production & inventory independently.
