Mechanical Design Engineer

Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Design Engineer with exceptional design and development abilities. As a Machine Building Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and building machines and mechanical systems to meet specific requirements and industry standards. Your expertise in both mechanical engineering principles and design software will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

· Design and develop machines and mechanical systems according to project requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

· Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.

· Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, electrical engineers, and production personnel, to ensure seamless integration of machine systems.

· Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of prototypes to validate design performance and make necessary adjustments.

· Provide technical expertise and guidance during the manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

· Perform risk assessments and implement preventive measures to ensure the safety and reliability of machines and mechanical systems.

· Able to make 3d concept and animation for batter understanding.

· Capability to build complete machine after concept finalized.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in machine building technologies, and emerging design methodologies.

· Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to select appropriate materials and components for machine construction.

· Writing technical documentation for machine operators.

Requirements:

· Must have experience in designing industrial machines and do mechanical calculations of motors, gearbox, ball screws etc.

· Proven experience in machine design and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment for 3+ years.

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, machine components, and materials.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges

· Strong analytical and technical skills, with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in SolidWorks software.

· Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to machine design and safety.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
