Process Coach

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle, Maintain and troubleshoot all Special Purpose machines of engine Assembly.

  • Trouble shooting and Diagnose and resolve issues with Vision Systems, demonstrating proficiency with Basler, Gigi, and Cognex platforms.

  • Use Maximo for Maintenance (MFM) to document all maintenance activities (crisis and planned); provide quality assurance of MFM inputs to enable in-depth data analysis

  • Ability to handle the DC tools Breakdown and fastening system. 

  • Use of PLC Step 7 knowledge to resolve daily issues.

  • Coach and maintain Safety, Quality and Productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work.

  • Build Team Leader and Team Member capability.

  • Handle the Breakdown of in Process Verification (IPT) Stations.

  • Operation standard updating & performing ISO related activities for Maintenance.

  • To analyze day to day issues with the help of IT tools like QLSCM, Tools net, LMA, & Qworx. 

  • Execute and prioritized daily maintenance activities (predictive, preventive and crisis maintenance) and ensure full utilization of work force while optimizing available opportunities for all maintenance.

  • Promote and ensure continuous improvement in the team (e.g., safety, MTTR, MTBF, OEE, PM vs Actual, cost, and efficiency)

  • Develop and ensure Preventive / Predictive maintenance schedules, BBQ and ensure alternatives to run production smoothly in engine assembly. 

  • Ensure spares management and timely calibration of tools / equipment’s 

  • Support and coach team to enhance 6 sigma mindsets to resolve issues and improve efficiency. 

  • To develop the team leads and team members with respect to the skill sets required

Develop & implement Autonomous maintenance for minor maintenance activities 

Competencies / Skills:

  • Good knowledge about electrical & controls

  •  Good knowledge of Sciemetric system.

  • .Exposure to Crisis Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance & predictive Maintenance.

  • Good exposure to Siemens PLC ABB, Scimetric ,Atlas copco tools, contactor logics etc.

  • Should have handled the MOS system for any manufacturing shop in ford.

  • Expertise in Maximo, QAD, FIS, DMS,QTS,QLSCM,QWORKs  systems for supporting line activities and analysis.

  • Should have knowledge of problem solving and reporting tools Six Sigma DMAIC, why-why analysis,4D,5D & 8D.

  • Should be able to analyze & take countermeasures for process & maintenance breakdowns.

  • Should have working knowledge of ISO (Quality &Safety).

  • Should have good soft skill, shop floor management skills. Should have experience of handling a team at shop floor like conflict management.

 

  • Education Qualification                 :   Engineering Degree / diploma (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation )
  • Number of Years of Experience.  :  5-8 years
  • Professional Exposure                   :   Responsible for mechanical / electrical Breakdown management for Assembly shop floor.
  • Skill & Knowledge requirement.  :  Exposure to Engine Assembly machines is must exposure to Handling People and interpersonal skills with Automobile

     Knowledge,

  • Any Other requirement                 :  Atlas Copco controller, ABB robot, Sciemetric, Camera
