Relationship Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers for affordable housing loans from open market and referral channels.
• Conduct field visits to assess customer creditworthiness and verify documents.
• Develop relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and meetings.
• Ensure timely disbursement of funds to approved borrowers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and loan status updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in sales or related field (preferably in home loans).
• Strong understanding of affordable housing finance products such as LAP (Loan Against Property) and Business Loans.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
