Solar Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of solar power installation projects. The candidate will be accountable for coordinating site teams, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety compliance, and supporting the timely completion of project work.

• Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site operations for solar PV installation and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate and manage technicians, labor teams, and subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure installation activities follow design layouts, technical specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor progress of work and report daily/weekly updates to the project manager.
• Conduct basic site inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain site documentation such as attendance, work progress records, material usage, and checklists.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues related to installation, manpower, or materials.
• Ensure timely availability of tools, equipment, and materials required for installation.
• Maintain safety protocols, ensure the use of PPE, and enforce HSE guidelines.
• Support basic troubleshooting of solar modules, structures, cabling, and inverters (as required).
• Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in solar project site supervision (customizable).
• Good understanding of solar PV installations, DC/AC wiring, module mounting structures, and electrical connections.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and follow instructions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of on-site safety practices and quality standards.
• Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.
