Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities 

∙Receiving & Inspection 

Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders. 

Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly. 

∙Inventory Management 

Organize and maintain stock in a clean, safe, and accessible manner. 

Track stock levels using inventory software and ensure timely updates. 

Implement stock rotation practices to prevent overstocking or shortages. 

∙Material Issuance 

Issue raw materials and components to production teams as per 

requisitions. 

oMaintain accurate records of issued items and update inventory 

accordingly. 

∙Documentation & Compliance 

Generate and maintain paperwork including receiving reports, stock 

registers, and dispatch logs. 

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. 

∙Coordination & Communication 

∙Liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve delivery-related issues. 

∙Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure 

material availability. 

Skills & Qualifications 

∙Proven experience (2–3 years) in storekeeping or inventory management. 

∙Proficiency in inventory tracking software and basic computer applications (Excel, 

ERP systems). 

∙Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. 

∙Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 

∙Knowledge of safety standards and warehouse best practices.
