Job Description
Candidate must have experience in utility maintenance only.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum systems
- Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new tools
- Work in cleanroom environment following safety, ESD, and contamination control procedures
- Minimize equipment downtime and improve tool performance
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and spare parts documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service engineers when required
- Follow SEMI standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines
