*Job Summary:
We're seeking 2 female Telecaller Executives to join our team. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide customer support, and drive sales.
*Requirements:
- Any graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a telecaller executive
- Good communication and email correspondence skills
- Excel knowledge
- General shift: 9am to 6pm
*Role:
- Handle customer calls and provide support
- Lead generation and sales
- Record keeping and feedback
- Manage CRM and sales portal
- Maintain customer records
