Production Supervisor

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production In charge / Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our sheet metal unit. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in sheet metal or steel industry processes, team management, and production planning to ensure efficient and timely output. 

• Key Responsibilities :

 Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities  Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet targets  Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials  Maintain quality standards as per company and customer requirements  Monitor processes like cutting, bending, welding, and fabrication  Ensure safety compliance and discipline on the shop floor  Coordinate with maintenance team for machine upkeep  Minimize downtime and improve productivity  Maintain production reports and documentation  Coordinate with stores, quality, and dispatch team.

•  Required Skills & Competencies :

 Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes  Production planning and process improvement  Problem-solving ability  Knowledge of quality and

safety standards  Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP preferred.
