Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Shop Floor Supervisor to manage daily production activities in a mechanical manufacturing setup. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, manpower handling, and reporting to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes
- (fabrication, machining, assembly, etc.)
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of tools, machines, and materials
- Good planning and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel for reporting
- Leadership and team handling ability
