Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations on the manufacturing line to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.
• Manage and guide the workforce with a focus on discipline, teamwork, and productivity.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure basic troubleshooting is carried out when required.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores teams for uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, 5S, and company policies.
