Analytical Chemist

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Analytical Chemist to conduct chemical and physical testing of samples such as pharmaceuticals, food products, and water using advanced laboratory instruments. The role includes sample preparation, analysis, maintaining laboratory equipment, and documenting accurate test results while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The candidate will work closely with the laboratory team to maintain the accuracy, reliability, and quality standards of the lab.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and IR
• Ability to perform accurate sample preparation, testing, and analysis
• Understanding of quality control standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
• Good documentation and report-writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field
• Knowledge of ISO/GLP or quality management systems is an advantage
