Human Resource Manager

We are looking for a responsible HR Executive to manage daily HR operations, employee relations, attendance, recruitment, and workplace discipline. The role involves ensuring smooth communication between management and employees while maintaining company policies and a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations

• Handle employee concerns and workplace conflicts.
• Ensure respectful and professional behaviour among staff.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined work environment.

2. Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
• Ensure employees follow company leave policies.
• Maintain attendance reports and records.

3. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate hiring activities when required.
• Conduct basic interviews and assist in employee selection.
• Manage employee joining formalities and documentation.

4. Policy Implementation

• Ensure employees follow company rules and policies.
• Communicate company guidelines clearly to staff.
• Issue warnings or notices when required.

5. HR Documentation

• Maintain employee files and HR records.
• Manage employee documents, contracts, and records.

6. Employee Engagement

• Organize small engagement activities when required.
• Support management in improving employee motivation and workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or administration preferred.
• Strong communication and conflict-handling skills.
• Ability to manage employee discipline professionally.
• Basic knowledge of attendance systems and HR documentation.
