Senior Accountant

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and manage day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and finalization of accounts.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage complete accounting cycle including bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts
• Preparation of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Handle GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return)
• TDS calculation, return filing & compliance
• Bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation
• Preparation & filing of Income Tax Returns
• Assist in statutory audit, tax audit & internal audit
• Maintain accounts receivable and payable
• Payroll processing & compliance (PF, ESI, PT if applicable)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• MIS reporting and financial analysis for management
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax
• Experience in finalization of accounts
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and team handling ability
• Educational Qualification:B.Com / M.Com
• CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in handling multiple clients (if consultancy firm)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good understanding of statutory compliance
