Sales Executive – PuREPowerRole SummaryAs a Sales Executive at PuREPower, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence for energy storage and power backup solutions, including UPS/Inverters, Lead Acid Batteries, Solar Rooftop Systems, and DG Sets (15–50 KVA).

You will engage with both B2B and B2C customers, build strong relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and close sales deals. The role also involves appointing dealers/distributors and contributing to overall revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads and outreach
  • Drive sales across solar rooftop, inverter, battery, and DG set segments
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features clearly
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with internal technical and support teams
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
  • Engage in cold and warm calling to convert leads

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven with a focus on revenue growth
  • Qualifications & ExperienceB.Tech / Graduate / MBA
  • 2–5 years of sales experience
  • Prior experience in:
  • Energy storage / inverter / battery / solar industry (preferred)
  • DG Set (15–50 KVA) or similar segments (added advantage)
