Customer Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager (RM) - Open Market at SBI Card is a frontline sales role focused on acquiring new-to-bank credit card customers outside of the traditional SBI bank branch network. This role involves sourcing customers through direct sales, corporate tie-ups, field marketing, and networking. 

Key Job Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Actively prospect and acquire new clients from the open market, leveraging references, social media, and cold calling to achieve sales targets.
• Channel Management: Manage open market distribution points (DSPs) and direct sales agents (DSAs) to ensure productive customer sourcing.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-quality relationships with new customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sourcing new credit card applications, including specific targets for high-value or corporate products.
• Product Promotion: Explain and promote various SBI Card product features, benefits, and reward programs to potential customers.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all credit card applications are processed with proper documentation (KYC) and meet compliance standards, adhering to EKYC/VKYC processes. Naukri.com +4

Candidate Profile & Skills

• Experience: Generally 1-3 years in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, preferably with experience in credit card sales.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferable).
• Competencies: Strong sales aptitude, relationship management skills, networking abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
• Location: Involves significant field travel within the assigned city.
