Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export–Import Service Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and promoting our export-import service solutions. The role demands strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in export-import services

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Present and promote company services to potential clients

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven sales and negotiation abilities

Good understanding of export-import processes (preferred)

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude

Preferred Skills

Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or EXIM services

Knowledge of international trade documentation

Familiarity with CRM tools
