We provide services related to all stages of debt collection activities, including amicable settlements and litigation. Our team primarily uses tele-calling to collect debts and rely on persuasion, but assertive language, and persistence to achieve results.

 Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Business Manager. The Collection Business Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the collection team, provide support and guidance to team members, and ensure that performance goals are met. The Collection Business Manager will also be responsible for analyzing and improving collection processes, managing client relationships, and reporting.

 Qualifications:

Experience in debt collection or related field

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collection software

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Certifications in debt collection or related field is a plus.
