Senior Accountant

·        Income Tax & GST:

·        Project Cost Management:

Monitor project costs throughout the construction lifecycle, identifying and addressing cost overruns, and analyzing cost drivers to optimize project profitability. 

·        Accounts Receivable and Payable:

Oversee the collection of receivables from Vendors and Clients and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices. 

·        Cash Flow Management:

Analyze and manage the company's cash flow, identifying potential issues and implementing strategies to maintain liquidity. 

·        Compliance and Audit Support:

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations, including tax requirements.

·        Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, assess project profitability, and provide insights to management for decision-making. 

·        Team Management:

Lead and supervise the accounting team, delegating tasks and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. 

·        Budgeting and Forecasting:

Manage detailed project budgets, track expenditures against budgets, and forecast future financial performance for projects and the company as a whole. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
• Strong understanding of construction industry accounting practices and specific project cost management techniques 
• Proficient in financial software and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tally)
