Location: Sarjapura Road, Bangalore

Shift Timings:

• 9-hour shift
• Any shift between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Salary:

• ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month

Languages Required:

• Hindi & English

Minimum Qualification:

• 10th Pass

Skill Requirements:

• Basic English (must be able to understand and speak)
• Good communication skills
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Job Role & Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound voice calls
• Attend customer enquiries related to services and bookings
• Convert enquiries into sales and confirmed bookings
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain positive customer engagement and follow-up
