Position: Sales Officer – Home Loan & LAP

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives (Up to ₹10,000)

Experience Required: 1 – 2 Years (Mandatory)

Age Limit: 18 – 35 Years

Travel Requirement: Within 10 Km, Two-Wheeler Mandatory

About the Role We are hiring for LAP (Loan Against Property) Officers – On-Roll Jobs in the Home Loan & LAP vertical. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

• Key Responsibilities Approach prospective customers in assigned areas.
• Promote and sell Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage Loans.
• Conduct field visits to understand customer requirements.
• Generate leads and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Requirements Experience of 1–2 years in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage sales.
• Good communication in Kannada and basic English.
• Graduate with field sales exposure.
• Candidate must possess a Two-wheeler for field operations.
