We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Recruiter to join our team, specializing in the recruitment of delivery executives/partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or gig hiring, and be adept at working towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging and onboarding talent directly in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

· Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential delivery executives through various channels including job fairs, community outreach, BTL marketing activities and networking events.

· Relationship Building: Foster relationships with local communities, colleges and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.

· Target Achievement: Work towards specific hiring targets and deadlines, utilizing effective strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates.

· Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges.
