Picker / Packer

Job Summary:The Picker and Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch in a timely and efficient manner. The role ensures product quality, order accuracy, and adherence to company standards of safety and hygiene within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items as per order list using handheld scanners or order sheets.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packing.
• Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
• Label and seal packages accurately as per dispatch requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Support inbound/outbound operations (loading/unloading, sorting, stacking).
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and company compliance protocols.
• Report any stock discrepancies or damages to the supervisor immediately.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
