Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager for our real estate/construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge in material sourcing, vendor management, and cost control

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of construction materials (cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, finishing materials, etc.)
• Identify, evaluate & negotiate with vendors/suppliers
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
• Ensure timely delivery of materials at project site
• Compare quotations and finalize best rates
• Maintain cost control and budget tracking
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
• Ensure quality standards and compliance

Preferred:

• Experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
