Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to manage and support on-site construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of works as per drawings and specifications.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors
• Monitor project progress, manpower, and material usage
• Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports (DPR), and measurements
• Coordinate with consultants and resolve site-related technical issues
• Ensure safety standards and site discipline are followed
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and billing activities
• Check and verify quantities and BOQs
• Support handover and snag-list closure activities
• Requirements:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects (residential/commercial preferred)
• Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and site documentation
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to work at site and handle multiple tasks
• Preferred Skills:Experience in villas, apartments, or resort projects
• Knowledge of quality and safety procedures
• Familiarity with billing and measurement work
