Project Manager

We are a growing real estate company looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage ongoing residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction planning, vendor coordination, site management, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities from start to completion
• Monitor daily site operations and ensure work quality
• Manage contractors, vendors, architects, and engineers
• Prepare project timelines, BOQs, and progress reports
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and deadlines
• Handle on-site issues and provide quick solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with management and update project status regularly
