Job Description

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for customers visiting at Florzy Showroom. This role is responsible for handling front desk operations, assisting walk-in customers, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative support.  


Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer Handling

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally in the showroom
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to flooring products and services
  • Provide basic product information (tiles, wooden flooring, vinyl, carpets, etc.) and direct customers to the sales team

Sales & Showroom Support

  • Maintain customer inquiry records and follow-up details
  • Coordinate appointments between customers and sales executives
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic documentation
  • Ensure showroom samples, catalogs, and displays are organized and presentable

Administrative Duties

  • Handle daily office coordination and record-keeping
  • Maintain files, bills, delivery challans, and customer documents
  • Coordinate with vendors, installers, and logistics teams for scheduling
  • Track incoming and outgoing correspondence

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a communication bridge between customers, sales team, and site/installation teams
  • Follow up on order status, deliveries, and installation schedules
  • Report customer feedback or complaints to the concerned department

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • 0–5 years of experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service role
  • Experience in construction, interiors, or flooring industry is an advantage
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
