Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, handle site visits, and drive property sales. The role involves end-to-end ownership of the customer journey, from lead generation to deal closure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into site visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
  • Conduct property site visits and explain project details clearly
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close deals successfully
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and closures
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or relevant sales roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented with a strong closure mindset
  • Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and site visits
  • Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office
