Resort/ Clubhouse Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Resort / Clubhouse Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest experience, and manage staff and facilities efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality or resort management.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the resort/clubhouse
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
• Supervise and coordinate staff (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, security)
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery
• Monitor maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the property
• Manage vendor coordination and inventory control
• Prepare duty rosters, reports, and operational checklists
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Support event coordination and clubhouse activities
• Control operational costs and assist in budgeting
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in resort, hotel, or clubhouse operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle guests professionally and calmly
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
• Preferred Skills:Experience in luxury resort or gated community clubhouse
• Knowledge of F&B operations
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability
