Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and organized Sous Chef to join our cloud kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing a delivery-focused kitchen, maintaining dish consistency, and efficiently handling day-to-day kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensure quality control, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Manage food inventory, stock levels, and wastage control.
• Ensure all dishes meet the company’s quality and presentation standards.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff in recipes, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and oversee compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development for new items.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience, with at least 1 year in a cloud kitchen setup.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management and production systems for delivery operations.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate a small team.
• Good understanding of food costing and portion control.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends if required.
