Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executives / Telecallers to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their property needs, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from our leads database.
• Explain company services and current property projects clearly and persuasively.
• Generate interest and schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
• Follow up with leads to ensure successful closure.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred).
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage).
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or real estate sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
