Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a proactive, sharp-thinking, and dependable HR Professional who can handle end-to-end HR responsibilities for our PhysicsWallah Franchise in Sasaram. The ideal candidate must be excellent at asking the right interview questions, identifying the right talent, and ensuring all positions are closed within the required time frame.

You will be responsible for hiring counselors, faculty, operations staff, and marketing team members—while also managing day-to-day HR functions like onboarding, training coordination, performance tracking, and maintaining a positive work environment.
