Customer Support Executive – Software Platform📍 Location: Satara and candidates only within 50kms satara

We are a growing technology company providing software tools and automation solutions for users in the financial services domain. We are looking for a responsible Customer Support Executive to assist clients with platform usage and provide excellent service.
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, Remote soft
- Assist users in understanding software features and usage
- Provide onboarding support for new customers
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data
- Coordinate with internal team for issue resolution
- Ensure timely and professional communication with clients
🔹 Requirements
Graduate Good communication skills (Hindi / Marathi /English required)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn software tools
- Good problem-solving ability
- 0–2 years experience of trading stock market preferred
- NISM certificate will be advantage
- 12th pass or graduation in commerce or BCA or engineering
- Stock Broking Experienced will be added advantage
🔹 Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
