We are a growing technology company providing software tools and automation solutions for users in the financial services domain. We are looking for a responsible Customer Support Executive to assist clients with platform usage and provide excellent service.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, Remote soft

• Assist users in understanding software features and usage
• Provide onboarding support for new customers
• Maintain customer records and update CRM data
• Coordinate with internal team for issue resolution
• Ensure timely and professional communication with clients

🔹 Requirements

Graduate Good communication skills (Hindi / Marathi /English required)

• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn software tools
• Good problem-solving ability
• 0–2 years experience of trading stock market preferred
• NISM certificate will be advantage
• 12th pass or graduation in commerce or BCA or engineering
• Stock Broking Experienced will be added advantage

🔹 Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
