Pick up medicines from warehouse/pharmacy and deliver to customer location.

Verify and match delivery orders with prescriptions/invoices.

Handle cash/card/UPI collections (in case of COD orders).

Maintain cold chain during transit for temperature-sensitive medicines (if applicable).

Ensure on-time delivery with proper packaging and safe handling.

Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and delays if any.

Update delivery records, status, and proof of delivery on the app/system.

Follow traffic and safety rules at all times.

Report any product issues or delivery concerns to the supervisor immediately.
