Manager (Safety)

1. To check and finalize the SOP, SMP, HIRA and Safety Checklist and make sure to implement at work sites.
2. Conduct safety audits, site inspections, and toolbox talks and implement the Company's safety policy at work sites.
3. Promote safe working systems and procedures. Monitor the application of permit to work system (PTW),
4. Organize safety committee meeting on routine basis. To conduct safety trainings, mock drills etc. with frontline staff and workmen.
5. To finalize the risk assessment before start any activity and give suggestion for risk mitigation.
6. To conduct site visits, project facilities and ensure implementation of good health and enviroment condions.
7. To prepare incidence reports along with suggestion to avoid near misses. 
8. To ensure zero fatality during project execution.

• Engineering (B.Tech/ B.E./ Diploma) along with diploma in industrial safety.
• Experience- 12 to 15 Years in Health, Safety & Environment field
