Personal Banker-Inbound-Branch Banking-Service

- Handle inbound customer interactions at the branch level, providing personalized banking services. - Assist customers with their banking needs, including account inquiries, transactions, and service requests. - Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Work within branch banking operations to support service delivery and customer engagement. - Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures while delivering quality service. - Collaborate with branch staff to achieve service targets and resolve customer issues effectively. - Provide guidance and support to customers on banking products and services. - Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information during service interactions. - Adapt to branch banking environment and contribute to a positive customer experience. - Support the branch team in meeting operational goals and service standards.
