Job Title: Science Lecturer (CBSE Foundation & Olympiad)

Location: Residential School Campus

Grades: 5th to 10th Standard

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Lecturer to teach State Board and CBSE foundation concepts and prepare students for various Olympiad examinations (such as NSO, IMO, NTSE foundation level, etc.) for classes 5 to 10. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to nurture analytical thinking and curiosity among students in a residential school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology – integrated approach) to students from Grades 5–10 as per CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare students for competitive exams by developing problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Conduct regular tests, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and mentor high-potential students for advanced competitions.
• Use innovative teaching methods, experiments, and activity-based learning.
• Maintain discipline and engagement in the classroom.
• Collaborate with other faculty members for curriculum planning and academic improvement.
• Participate in school activities, academic events, and residential responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology or related field).
• B.Ed. is preferred (not mandatory if strong subject expertise is demonstrated).
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE curriculum and/or Olympiad coaching.
• Strong conceptual clarity and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in preparing students for Olympiads/competitive exams is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a residential school setup.
