We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist customers with software setup, troubleshooting, and technical guidance for our automation tools and fintech platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to customers
- Help with software installation and configuration
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Coordinate with development team when required
- Maintain documentation and support records
🔹 Requirements good knowledge of computers and software
- Interest in technology and learning new tools
- Good problem-solving ability
- 0–2 years experience of trading stock market preferred
- NISM certificate will be advantage
- 12th pass or graduation in commerce or BCA or engineering
- Stock Broking Experienced will be added advantage
🔹 Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills)
