Work Shop Incharge/ Production

Job Title: Workshop In-Charge

Location: Satara

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 CTC per month

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 2–3 years in workshop management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations from design to fabrication
• Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules and resources
• Supervise fabrication, assembly, and machining activities
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency
• Handle workforce management, discipline, and team coordination
• Manage materials, equipment readiness, and shop floor processes
• Resolve production, quality, and operational issues
• Prepare reports, maintain Gantt charts, and track project progress
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of machine tools

Required Skills:

• Experience in food processing equipment fabrication & assembly
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and drawing interpretation
• Leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Hands-on experience in machine shop / engineering environment
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations
