Maintenance Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesMachine MaintenancePerform maintenance and troubleshooting of the following machines:

• Bottle Filling Machines
• Tube Filling Machines
• Packaging Machines
• Labeling Machines
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and resolve issues promptly to reduce downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Handle machine setup, calibration, and changeovers as per production requirements.
• Ensure machines operate at optimal efficiency and meet production targets.
• Plant & Utility MaintenanceMaintain utilities such as compressors, pumps, HVAC, and other plant equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs or servicing when required.
• Documentation & ReportingMaintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage.
• Monitor spare inventory and raise requisitions when stock levels are low.
• Prepare daily and monthly maintenance reports.
