• Production Planning & ExecutionPlan and execute daily production schedules as per company requirements.
• Ensure timely manufacturing of herbal and cosmetic products.
• Monitor production output and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Maintain proper utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.
• Machine & Process ManagementSupervise operation of machines such as:

• Bottle Filling Machine
• Tube Filling Machine
• Labeling Machine
• Packaging Machines
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team in case of breakdowns.
• Ensure proper machine setup and changeover as per product requirements.
• Quality ControlEnsure products meet company quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct in-process checks during manufacturing and packaging.
• Coordinate with QA/QC department for batch approvals and quality compliance.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene, and production standards.
• Production Monitoring & ReportingMaintain daily production reports and batch manufacturing records (BMR).
• Track raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Report deviations, production issues, or delays to management.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and machine downtime.
• Team SupervisionSupervise production operators and helpers.
• Ensure discipline and safety on the production floor.
• Train production staff on SOPs, machine operations, and safety procedures.
• Safety & ComplianceEnsure all safety guidelines and PPE requirements are followed.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and hygiene in the production area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturing regulations.
