Stock Keeper

Glukeros Biotech is looking to hire a Stock Keeper at our site in Dungrapura, Savli, Vadodara.

The key responsibilities for this role are:

• Maintain accurate records of inflow and outflow of materials from the store.
• Perform daily, weekly & monthly stock reconciliations.
• Ensure materials are received and stored as per SOPs and guidelines.
• Receive deliveries from vendors, verify the quantity, quality, batch numbers & documentation (invoice, delivery challan, COA if applicable)
• Prepare & Issue materials for fabrication/production based on approved requisitions.
• Maintain stock registers including GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock issue slips, and stock adjustment records
• Ensure proper labelling & traceability of the stock
• Prepare daily stock reports and escalate shortages or discrepancies to management
• Co-ordinate with various agencies on site for stock usage with proper SOPs and approval workflow including management.
