We are looking for skilled and motivated welders to join our team at the Savli-Samlaya site. We offer a structured growth path, on-site training, and high-earning potential through performance-based incentives.

• Salary & Benefits:-
• 8.5 Hour Shift: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 CTC (Based on experience)

• 12 Hour Shift: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 CTC (Based on experience)

• Incentives: High-yield output-based incentives applicable after the training period.

• Subsidized Meals: * Lunch & Dinner: ₹22/day

• Tea & Snacks: ₹8/day
• Accommodation: Provided for outstation/non-local candidates.
• Training: 1-month paid on-site training included to align with company standards.
• Experience: Previous experience in welding (MIG/ARC) is preferred, but all levels are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain high-quality weld standards.
• Transportation: Candidates must arrange their own transportation to the site.
• Achieve production targets to qualify for performance incentives.
