Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Indore (Ujjain Road)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and create job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters
• Follow up with candidates until onboarding is completed
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standard

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
