Job Description: IT Support Executive

Position Overview : The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to end-users across hardware, software, and network systems. This role ensures smooth IT operations and contributes to maintaining organizational productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Support: Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Software Troubleshooting: Install, configure, and resolve issues related to operating systems and applications.
• Network Assistance: Support LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and VPN access.
• System Maintenance: Perform routine checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• User Training: Guide employees on IT best practices, security awareness, and efficient use of tools.
• Ticket Management: Log, track, and resolve IT issues using helpdesk software.
• Documentation: Maintain records of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.

Required Skills:

• Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, Linux basics.
• Networking Basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Helpdesk Tools: Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
